Jeff Caldwell, Owner and Founder, has been in the automotive repair business for over 36 years in Charlotte, NC. Soon after he started working as a body repair technician he began receiving Mercedes-Benz Factory training and quickly became one of the most respected technicians in the US. Helping diagnose and repair new vehicle problems, repairing vehicles with extensive damage including vehicles with up to $60,000.00 damage, and completing nearly all body repair classes at Mercedes-Benz’s Factory school since the early 1980’s has gained him the reputation for being the best in the business. After the Mercedes-Benz collision center was closed, Jeff decided he would open his own Mercedes-Benz collision center to ensure Mercedes-Benz, and all vehicle owners in the area would be able to receive a repair that would return the vehicle to factory specified pre-accident condition.

Caldwell Collision was established in 2000 with the main goal to provide the best collision repair experience possible, starting with a flawless repair accompanied with customer service second to none. Caldwell Collision has achieved the “highest rated certification” with our CL Structural Certification, an accomplishment very few shops can claim. We have been in business for approximately 5 years and in that short time we have established ourselves as the premier high-end/luxury collision repair center from Atlanta to Washington, D.C., we have become Mercedes-Benz Certified and CL Structural Certified, established ourselves as the high-end luxury/exotic tuning center in the Charlotte Metro area, and most recently we have become the EXCLUSIVE REPAIR FACILITY for Felix Sabates’ Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte. All of these attributes have resulted from extremely hard work, resolve, and a dedication to being the best collision repair facility in the Carolinas.
